.01 All Fire Department personnel shall promptly obey all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders whether general, special, written, or verbal and any violations may be sufficient cause for disciplinary action.

.02 When a member acts in obedience to orders of a superior, the superior giving the order will be solely responsible for the reaction or harm (if any) created by said order, unless collusion to commit wrong did exist between the two parties at which time both the superior and subordinate involved will share the responsibility of their act.

.03 All department rules and regulations will be enforced. Non-compliance with the rules and regulations of this department will not be tolerated, particularly when it comes to life threatening situations, serious injury, or unsafe practices or infractions of rules and regulations governing these practices. Those personnel committing such infractions will be subject to disciplinary actions.

.04 All future orders or memos relative to discipline, duties, or powers of members shall be recognized as a portion of these rules and regulations and shall be added annually.
