240.00 Station Cleaning

.01 Daily station cleaning should be completed by 0800. In order to establish a basic departmental cleaning policy, all company officers are urged to divide their station into areas to be cleaned as follows:

Daily: Mop and sweep floors; dust furniture and window sills; empty and clean trash cans; keep stoves, counters, and sink clean; and keep dishes put up.

The following individual station work detail schedule should be adhered to, with the exception of delays due to unforeseen work conditions, excessive or extended incidents, or weather, in which case the next day the shift works, the detail should be completed. Work details are to be completed in addition to regularly assigned duty, special duties, and training details.

November: Refinish Wooden Tool Handles Paint Tools
